Turmeric anti-inflammatory ‘Get up and go’ morning smoothie

Knowing the powerful benefits of turmeric, why not try this fantastic anti-inflammatory morning smoothie!

Ingredients

200 ml fresh orange juice

200 ml fresh apple juice

1 banana

½ tsp turmeric

1 piece of fresh ginger peeled and chopped

How to make

Place into juicer/smoothie maker and blend. Pour over ice and enjoy!
