Makes 2 smoothies
30g each of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries or 90g frozen summer fruits?
20g of flaxseed
40g mixed nuts
450g of live natural yoghurt
(Use organic ingredients where possible)
Optional – add ice and herbs such as mint
How to make
Place all above ingredients into a blender together and blend until smooth.
