Dr Sherry, ob/gyn, author and health expert
Dr Sheryl A. Ross, aka “Dr. Sherry” has been a passionate advocate for women’s health for over 25 years. Her first book She-ology: The Definitive Guide to Women’s Intimate Health was named one of the six most life-changing wellness books of 2017 by Prevention.com and Women’s Health Magazine Her second book, she-ology, the she-quel, Let’s Continue the Conversation, hit the bookshelves in February 2020.
Dr Sherry recently teamed up with Ellen Digital Network launching Lady Parts. Having received nearly every “Top Doctor” and “Patient’s Choice” award in Southern California, Dr. Sherry was most recently honored with The John Wayne Cancer Institute Auxiliary Angel Award for her contributions in advancing the narrative of women’s health care.
Nick Panay is a leading Consultant Gynaecologist with a Special Interest in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, Menopause, PMS, contraception and gynaecological endocrinology. As director of the West London Menopause & PMS Centre at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea and Chelsea & Westminster Hospitals, he heads a busy clinical and research team which publishes widely, presents at scientific meetings and trains health professionals at all levels. Much of his team’s research has focused on improving the understanding and management of Premature Menopause, PMS, Female Sexual Dysfunction, New HRT and Contraceptive regimens and Complementary Therapies.
He was the Co Editor-in-Chief of Climacteric (The Journal of the International Menopause Society) and is on the editorial advisory board of the Journal of Family Planning and Reproductive Healthcare.
Through his work with a number of councils and women’s groups he campaigns actively for women’s health issues both nationally and internationally.

Miguel Toribio-Mateas brings to our expert panel over 15 years of clinical experience in the use of microbiome tests
Alongside this, he also has a longstanding background in health technology and product development.
With degrees in systems complexity, nutritional medicine and clinical neuroscience and a doctorate in gut microbiome and mental health
Achieving a Santander Universities “Work-Based Learning Award” scholarship, Miguel’s academic and professional profile make him the indisputable gut microbiome and brain health authority.
Miguel is currently the Head of Research and Development at the UK’s leading kefir manufacturer, Chuckling Goat. He is also involved in ongoing clinical research on the microbiome and mental wellbeing at the London-Agri Food Innovation Clinic, a research unit hosted at the School of Applied Sciences of London South Bank University, supported by a grant from the European Regional Development Fund.
Miguel also sits on the steering committee of the Primary-Care and Community Neurology Society.
Jo Tuffney, fitness expert

Sue Bedford, nutritionist
Sue Bedford, MSc (Nut Th), BSc (Hons), PGCE, mBANT, CNHC is a Nutritional Therapist, with a special interest in menopause. She gained her MSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester in 2012, her advanced independent study explored in depth the area of nutrition and IVF and she has successfully worked with a variety of clients ever since. In addition, Sue has worked extensively with people requiring advice for general health and wellness, the menopause, post-natal nutrition, fertility as well as child nutrition.
Sue very much enjoys working with people who need nutritional advice in the hope that the very best outcomes can be realised wherever possible
She is particularly interested in the science of food and the effects that the properties of different nutrients have on the human body.
Sue is a full member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She has written numerous nutrition articles over the years and is a leading nutritionist for IVF Babble and also EMME magazine. She is also co-editor of two books.
Melanie Brown, nutritionist
Melanie Brown specialises in pre conceptual and pregnancy nutrition, including weight loss (and gain) and immune issues. She was the Senior Nutritional Therapist at London’s prestigious fertility and pregnancy Zita West Clinic, designing the nutrition programme for the clinic for over 10 years before setting up her own consultancy in 2011.
Melanie writes regularly for the Sunday Telegraph Stella Magazine as nutritionist for the Health Q&A page. She also contributes to stories about food for the BBC on diverse subjects such as the banning of Marmite in Denmark to calorie counting in Michelin starred restaurants.
Melanie has access to the most up to date evidence-based information, gained through her current studies for her Masters Degree, that is so invaluable for her clients.
Above all, Melanie is not a hard core kill joy; she enjoys wine, chocolate, roast potatoes and croissants. She wants client to feel that they are adding good things to their diet, not taking them away and generally making life a misery! She believes that by giving clients a rationale, so they can understand why some things are not so great for you, this makes it much easier to adapt to new, healthier habits. To view more
